To cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If cancellations are made on the same day, a charge equivalent to 50% of the service will be applied to the card on file. Please note that this charge will not be refunded or credited for future services. This policy is essential for supporting our business’s operational costs and compensating our service providers for their time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Product Cancellation & Returns

**Product Cancellation and Return Policy**

At Skincare by Sarath, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please review our policy below:

**Order Cancellation:**

– You can cancel an order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it for store pick up and/or within 24 hours of placing it for shipping processing. Please contact our customer support team at info@skincarebysarath.com to initiate the cancellation process.

**Return of Unopened Products:**

If you receive a product that is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you can request a return within 10 days of the delivery date. We will issue a refund, excluding shipping costs.

**Defective or Damaged Products:**

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

**Opened or Used Products:**

 We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, due to health and safety regulations.

**Refund Processing:**

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Sometimes times may vary due to merchant processing which is out of our control.

**Return Shipping:**

 Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
